How does it work?

  • Generally we decide on the date, then decide, how many people, talk about food preferences, then I send over a quote, you pay the deposit to lock in the date ($150).

  • Then day of I arrive 3 hours prior to your event, prepare everything in your home, and then clean up so you and your guests can enjoy!

What is the cost?

  • So it depends on several factors, how many people, as all my dinners are costed out per person, the next factor is menu, obviously a menu with crab or lobster wouldn't be the same as a menu with bone in pork chops.

  • The last thing to consider is I charge a chef fee that depends on (Travel and then the cost of groceries).

What kind of food do you specialize in?

  • So I tell people I specialize in elevated southern cuisine but, I can do just about anything minus sushi..

  • I respect the culture surrounding sushi and just haven't dabbled quite yet.

  • I can do anything from, italian,indian, spanish, classical french or traditional american, to name a few.

  • Don't be afraid to ask me to replicate something you've been dying to eat I love a challenge!

All I can say is "WOW"!!! Chef Taylor Duncan prepared a very unique amazing meal. His talent is unbelievable and fun was had by all. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Taylor at our rental home “Count Your Blessing” on the beach in Sandbridge. We travelled from Cape Cod, Massachusetts to have a vacation with my family, adult children, grandchildren and friends. The week has been amazing. We searched the area to have a private dinner at this beautiful beachfront home. My daughter contact Chef Taylor and he was responsive immediately and we secured our date and time. He arrived at the home and prepared a personal 5 star meal that was like the icing on the cake for our week’s vacation. He is a tall presence with an easy going and friendly personality. He explained the menu and even prepared something for my daughter who had a new born and couldn’t eat dairy. We felt like we were in a high end restaurant in any city with the flavors from the charcuterie board , speciality Ceasar salad, surf and turf entree, to the chocolate bread pudding desert. The experience was exactly what we had hoped and more. We are booking the Outer banks next year and we will have him come next year. Thanks so much! 5
